Our Strength & Agility Training is focused on improved flexibility, core strength, speed, and balance. Besides improving your child’s performance in sports, it also reduces the risk of physical injury. The kids have a great time and get the proper supervised training needed to take their performance to the next level.

Drop in and join any session for only $10
Pay $35 per month for all 4 sessions that month
