Baseball & Softball Combine/Showcase

This event will be held at the Pittsburg WCS Location. The combine will have certain areas of measurement in order to give college coaches the opportunity to see area athletes looking to play the sport in college. This will be a yearly event and spots will be limited.

· Intro Talk- 10 min

· Dynamic Warm-up- 15

· Station 1- 20 Rd Dash/ Vertical Jump

· Station 2- Bench/Pull-ups

· Station 3- 3 cone agility

-each station should last about 15 min/rotate

Play catch- Ten min

-Offense

· Station 1- Tee exit velo

· Station 2- Machine live exit velo

-Defense

· Station 1- Live GB’s (Arm exit velo)

· Station 2- partners (fore/back barehands)

-Pitchers/Catchers

· Station 1- Catchers pop time ( 2 to each bag)

· Station 2- Bullpens (velo)
